Submit application
Complete the online application via and attach the required documentation. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meet with our director
Schedule an appointment by phone or email. Arrive on time and check in at the front desk. Discuss your child's needs and preferences with the director. Ask any questions you have about C.A.S.S.E.
